RFU New Tackle Height Directive Engagement Session – LSRFUR North Region

You are cordially invited to attend an engagement session facilitated by the London Society of Rugby Football Referees (LSRFUR) North Region on the afternoon of Sunday 20th August 2023 at 2:30pm at Brentwood School, Wessex Auditorium, Middleton Hall Lane, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8EE.    We anticipate the session lasting for approximately one hour and there will be multiple opportunities for Q&A during the session.

This session is targeted at all Directors of Rugby and coaches responsible for men, women, and age grade rugby and will bring to life how the Society will be implementing the RFU’s New Tackle Height Directives for this coming season.

As key stakeholders in ensuing the successful implementation of this significant law change into community rugby, we do hope that you will take the time out to attend this important session.   We understand that it is vacation time but ask that you try and cover with other coaching members of your club if certain coaches are away.   You are not limited in numbers, and we actively encourage attendance from all sections of your club covering men, women, and age grade rugby.   

It would be helpful for planning purposes if you could confirm approximately how many attendees from your club will be attending the session by letting andrew.richards@londonrugby.com know by Friday 18th August.
