With just under two weeks to go until the 2019 LSRFUR Annual Conference, we would like to share with you some further preview details of what you can expect on the day!
Alongside our keynote presentation from professional RFU referee Tom Foley, who will be outlining his processes for Game Reviews and Self-Learning, we will also have some exciting presentations from two of LSRFUR’s current RFU National Panel Referees.
Ben Wilde will be discussing Man-Management, focusing on different management styles and the importance of the captain in this process. Joe James will lead an interactive session on foul play using the society’s new Clikapad system. He will work through a number of video clips to discuss the application of the new World Rugby framework which will be introduced by the RFU’s Andrew Small in the morning session. We look forward to plenty of active discussion and engagement in this slot!

A reminder that this year’s event will be held on Sunday 1st September 2019, 10:30am (for an 11am start) at the University of Westminster, Little Titchfield Street, W1W 7BY (nearest tube Oxford Circus). Please note that this is the same venue/location as last year.
